The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has filed 43 FIRs in connection with the chit fund scam in Odisha. The investigating agency also filed 3 FIRs against the Saradha Group in West Bengal.
Earlier, the Supreme Court had ordered a CBI probe into the multi-crore chit fund scam in West Bengal and Odisha, which also has its roots in Jharkhand and Assam.List of 43 Chit Fund Companies in Odisha:
