लाइव इंडिया[/B] चैनल में हालात दिन-ब-दिन बद से बदत्तर होते जा रहे हैं। सेलरी न बढ़ाये जाने का फरमान जारी कर दिया गया है। आलम अब ये हैं कि कर्मचारी हड़ताल करने की तैयारी कर रहे हैं। पहली हड़ताल ड्राइवरों ने कर दी हैं। इस हड़ताल की वजह से आज ओबी मुवमेंट नहीं हो सका। अंदर ही अंदर इस हड़ताल से लाइव इंडिया के दूसरे कर्मचारी, पत्रकार काफी खुश हैं। खुशी इस वजह से कि किसी ने तो पहला कदम उठाया। संपादकीय में आलम ये हैं कि जो लोग संपादक के करीबी माने जाते हैं, वही लोग मैनेजमेंट को अंदर की खबर देते हैं और अपने नंबर बढ़ाने का काम कर रहे हैं।
[B]लाइव इंडिया[/B] संस्थान अंदर से कितना बिखरा हुआ है और राजनीति किस चरम स्तर हैं इसका पता इस बात से चलता हैं कि चैनल के अदंर ही कर्मचारी एक दूसरे को मारने पर उतारू हैं। कुछ कर्मचारियों के एक दूसरे पर हाथ उठाने की नौबत के बाद HR को एक दिन में तीन नोटिस (देखिए नीचे) जारी करने पड़े। मैनेजमेंट दबाव बना रहा है कि चैनल के खिलाफ सीबीआई जांच को लेकर कोई बाहर कुछ न बोले। दबाव के माहौल का ये आलम ये है कि मैनेजमेंट धमकाने से भी बाज नहीं आ रहा है। अंदरखाने से खबर ये भी है कि एक महिलाकर्मी को पहले डराया गया उसके बाद उस पर गाज गिराने के लिए प्रमोशन देकर ट्रांसफर मुंबई कर दिया गया। बात तब भी नही बनी तो महिला को नौकरी से निकाल दिया गया। माइनोरिटी ग्रुप के नाम पर इस महिला के साथ टीका टिप्पणी की गई। कुछ प्रताड़ित कर्मचारी मैनेजमेंट से दो-दो हाथ करने के लिए लीगल ओपिनयन भी ले रहे हैं।

Dear All,
This is for your kind information that, in future, if Management found any employee involving in indiscipline acts like clashing with superiors and subordinates, using filthy language and disturbing the working atmosphere or found indulging in any other similar activities which hampers the productivity of the organization, the company would initiate in disciplinary action against the employee which will result in Three (03) days salary deduction.
So, all the employees are advised to maintain the decorum for the smooth functioning of the company.

This is the final intimation to all the employees that if anybody is found gossiping or talking ill about the management, tampering the name of the company, discussing any sensitive information about the company in whatsoever manner within or outside the organisation, the management shall take irrevocable steps which shall be final and binding.
This is applicable to every individual at all levels.
