To All Trading Members of the Exchange Sub:   Order under Sections 11(1), 11(4) and 11B of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 and regulation 65 of the SEBI (Collective Investment Schemes) Regulations, 1999 in respect of Samruddha Jeevan Foods India Limited and its Directors. SEBI vide its order no. WTM/PS/48/IMD-CIS/SEPT/2015 dated September 2, 2015 has, inter-alia, restrained the following entities from accessing the securities market, and are prohibited from buying, selling or otherwise dealing in securities market for a period of 4 years. This Order shall come into force with immediate effect. A copy of the said order is attached herewith and also available on the SEBI website   www.sebi.gov.in.
